Her hands-on experience in farming allows her to mentor others in the primary sector with a rare blend of practical “dirt-under-the-fingernails” knowledge and high-level policy insight.


A Legacy of Servant Leadership:
Despite her royal stature and professional accolades, Princess Eurika’s core identity is that of a Servant Leader. She is the founder of the Tharika M Group and Foundation, where she works tirelessly to provide entrepreneurship resources to youth and survivors of gender-based violence.
Through her private Sovereign Leadership Mentorship, she now opens her office to a select group of executives and entrepreneurs. She helps them find their “Sovereign Voice”—the place where their professional power meets their personal purpose.

More Personal Information about HRH Princess Eurika Mogane

Her Royal Highness Princess Eurika (Rakgadi) Mogane, was born on the 21st of May, daughter to HRH Prince Pickup Lekios Mastefi Mogane, and has four siblings with origins from (Pilgrims Rest) Mbombela, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

She started undertaking public work at the age of 18 when her first engagement and fundraising initiative was aimed at raising funds for the Matric Ball in Valencia Combined School in 2009. Since then, she has established key and consistent partnerships with a number of charities and organisations across South Africa and Africa at large.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Tharika M Beauty and Spa Centre, and the Chief Operations Officer of the Spa and Wellness Association of Africa. Offering support for community members are her biggest passion, ensuring that teenagers and youth are given timely Mentorship and Coaching for their unique journey’s.

Starting her volunteering at the Cancer Association of South Africa, she was later on employed and became one of the youngest female, African managers – and was given a Silver Award by the organizations Head Office under the Sustainability Department. Her journey in Cancer Awareness allowed her to lead a team of hardworking staff members, with one having launched a partnership with SASOL aimed at teaching School Children about Cancer in the Secunda, Ermelo and Standerton areas from the Mpumalanga province.

This programme sparked a passion to help unpack Colorectal Cancer in those from disadvantaged communities, who tend to have digestive issues. Her journey for Gut Health was sparked and became affiliated with Colon Care South Africa which helped train and establish her Beauty and Spa Centre.

Her Beauty and Spa Centre has since won numerous awards with the most leading Forty Under 40 Africa Awards: 2022, under the Honorary Entrepreneurship Category.
