𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 👑

It was an absolute honor to join the Fixing Each Other’s Crown (FEOC) webinar as a guest speaker today. Engaging with such visionary minds reminded me that when we straighten each other’s crowns, we aren’t just helping an individual—we are stabilizing a nation.

As we navigated the journey from resilience to royalty, I was pleased to share five core pillars that define my mission and my work, and focusing on the Research Report of the Commission for Gender Equality regarding Barriers to Women’s Access to Communal Land:

📍A Balanced Rise:
I firmly believe that “The Rise of Women doesn’t mean the Fall of Men.” True equality is not a zero-sum game; it is about creating a society where everyone has the space to thrive.

📍Being “Fit for Purpose”
Success requires more than just a title; it requires being Fit for Purpose. Whether in the boardroom or the community, we must continuously refine our skills, our character, and our vision to meet the weight of the assignments we carry.

📍One Woman, One Hectare
I addressed the critical findings of the CGE research report on Barriers to Women’s Access to Communal Land. Our recommendation is clear: the “One Woman, One Hectare” initiative is essential for economic decolonization, ensuring rural women move from subsistence to sustainable commercial success. The United Nations Development Programme – UNDP at the CSW declared 2026: The International Year of the Woman Farmer!

📍Institutionalizing Excellence through Tharika M Group
Through Tharika M Group, we are actively closing the compliance gap. We have assisted over 1,400 entrepreneurs in developing professional Business Plans and Company Profiles, ensuring they are not just “dreaming” of business, but are ready for management, compliance, and global opportunities.

📍The Power of Mentorship
Legacy is built through others. My mentorship ventures with the University of Pretoria, United Leaders Global, and beyond are my commitment to ensuring the next generation of leaders doesn’t have to struggle to find the door—because we’ve already left it open for them.
