Multi-Award Winning Community Leader and Life Coach
My journey into life coaching began with my background in Community Volunteer work, Christian Ministry and Community Development, where I learned the power of empathy and the importance of empowering individuals to take charge of their own lives. Early on, I witnessed firsthand how supporting people through their struggles could spark significant change. Yet, I realized that true transformation wasn’t about handing out solutions—it was about equipping people with the skills to discover those solutions for themselves.
I fell in love with goal-oriented practice during my time as a Final Year University Mentor for Final Year Students from the University of Pretoria. For two years, I work closely with students, guiding them to develop the habits and mindset necessary for success. It wasn’t about MAKING them successful; it was about showing them how to build the habits that lead to success. I discovered that when you teach someone to set clear goals and develop actionable plans, you’re not just solving a problem—you’re empowering them to become the architect of their own future.
This approach deeply resonated with me. Coaching, at its core, is about teaching others how to create sustainable change. It’s about fostering the skills, self-discipline, and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges without relying on someone else to provide the answers. Every coaching session is a reminder that the power to transform lies within each individual.
By combining my passion for Community Upliftment as a Community Leader, with my commitment to goal-oriented practice, I embraced life coaching as a means to help others build lasting habits and reclaim control over their lives. And that’s why I do what I do—helping people unlock their potential and craft their own success stories.

My Key Skills As A Life Coach and Mentor:
1. Communication Skills: As a life coach, you need to be an excellent communicator. This means being able to express your ideas clearly and effectively. It also means listening carefully to your clients, understanding their needs, and responding in a way that helps them feel heard and supported.
2. Empathy: Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It’s crucial for building trust and rapport with your clients. When you show empathy, your clients feel understood and valued, which makes it easier for them to open up and work through their challenges.
3. Guiding clients towards solutions: Life coaches guide the client to solve their own problems and explore their own solutions. The thing a life coach must be able to do well is LISTEN and ASK questions, as this will help the client discover the solutions to their problems.
4. Goal-Setting Abilities: A big part of life coaching is helping clients set and achieve their goals. You need to be able to help them define clear, achievable goals and create a plan to reach them. This requires organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and encourage your clients.
5. Patience and Persistence: Change doesn’t happen overnight. As a life coach, you need to be patient and persistent, supporting your clients through their journey, even when progress seems slow. Encouraging them to stay focused and committed is key to helping them achieve lasting results.
6. Adaptability: Every client is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. Being adaptable means being able to adjust your approach based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances. This flexibility helps you provide the best possible support for each individual.

MOKOPANE – This Women’s Month was celebrated with Royalty here at MOKOPANE. Making it an exceptional and exciting event.
From cleaning offices, to currently being a top graduate from the University of Cambridge Scholarship Recipient in the Sustainable Development Goals : Law and Policy certification. HRH Princess Eurika Mogane, learnt early in life that things aren’t easy and one needs to be committed above average in order to make it. Women and men came from different parts of South Africa to converge in Mokopane, at the Park Hotel for an evening filled with motivational speakers and practical skills for attendees to start applying in their businesses.
The Origins
The Phetogo Property Group hosts annual Women’s Empowerment Seminars. The vision was founded by Ms. Ntsadi Lebelo, who was born and bred in the Mokopane area. She saw the need to bring notable leaders in various industries to converge in one space, with the aim of sharing like-minded information and to find ways of combating poverty in our areas.
The event theme is “It’s All About Me!” focusing on ways to bring empowerment and a sense of accountability to all those who attended the event. “Our people are passionate about starting and growing their businesses, but only few are disciplined and skilled enough to make them sustainable. This event aims to equip us all with the tools needed to build lasting legacies,” said Ms. Ntsadi Lebelo.

On the day of the Event:
The key topics covered on the day were, Women in Finance, Women in Leadership, Women as Community Pioneers and the Key Note Speaker was Her Royal Highness Princess Eurika Mogane. Business owners were encouraged to seek help from their banks to ensure that they are always in line with the law. They were reminded of the importance of keeping a paper trail and ensuring that they live to grow the vision and not just to fill their pockets.

“Be comfortable with knowing who you are and what you’re capable of doing – while also being honest with what you can’t do. Most businesses fail because someone wanted to do everything themselves, instead of delegating. You’ll and more productive if you know how to manage your time, resources and also be honest with your strengths and weaknesses.” Said a beaming Princess Eurika Mogane.
This was the Third Annual Women’s Empowerment Seminar and it is set to bring more upliftment and transformation for women to enter and grow even in male dominated industries. “The rise of women, shouldn’t mean the fall of men. We must learn from them as they have been in leadership longer than us.” Concluded Princess Eurika Mogane. END
